I focus on supporting people in create lasting change. I work most commonly with high functioning and successful individuals who find themselves struggling to manage Anxiety, OCD, or an addiction that seems to take the drivers seat in their life more often than than they would like. Additionally, I treat partners & family members trying to manage their recovery from betrayal as a result of someone else's addiction. Often, these concerns have roots that go back much further than present day and we work simultaneously on past, present, and future to tackle getting the results you want to see. My style is both warm and direct.
