I am a former teacher who became more and more interested in social work as I observed the struggles of my students (anxiety, low self esteem, bullying etc.). I see young adults and older adults. My focus is on improving quality of life--helping reduce feelings of isolation, disconnection, constant worry, depression, relational difficulties, school problems, reactions to trauma reminders, insomnia, parenting issues and phobias. I have been trained in a number of Trauma Therapies. EMDR, ART, TF-CBT- to name a few.
