I believe that seeking out a therapist is an immense act of bravery. It's a privilege to create space for people’s stories and to reflect their intrinsic strengths. With a background in medical social work, my heart lies in working with teens and young adults coping with chronic illness and the trauma, grief, and loss that often accompanies this journey. Among a variety of other potential concerns, I am also passionate about helping individual’s struggling with disordered eating and body image. I believe in the power of a strong and safe therapeutic relationship to guide people toward healing and wellness in all realms of life.
