I work with individuals 18 and up who are experiencing anxiety, depression, identity issues, relationship issues, or low self-esteem. I use an insight-oriented approach to help clients to understand themselves better and discover new ways to improve their relationships, build confidence, or process difficult experiences. I also work with couples to help improve their communication, build trust, and navigate life changes. I have a special interest in working with the LGBTQIA community. My clients are thoughtful, curious, and willing to go deep to get to the root of their troubles to build a more meaningful life. My approach is collaborative, insight-oriented, and non-judgmental. Together, we will take the time to get to the heart of your story and uncover deep-rooted emotional patterns. I will gently challenge you to say the unsayable, learn to trust yourself, and get out of your own way. Over time, clients begin to see meaningful improvements in their daily lives.
