Hello, and thank you for being here! I see clients of all ages with a framework focused on the family system. I work alongside adult clients navigating challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and self-worth. I also work with children, often involving parents or caregivers, with an attachment-based approach. I specialize in attachment-related issues, including adoption and foster care, as well as trauma, grief, and identity. I am trained in Theraplay, Safe and Sound Protocol, and am an EMDRIA approved EMDR Therapist. I have also completed the C.A.S.E. National Adoption Competency Mental Health Training. I take a strengths-focused approach with my clients, honoring the gifts they bring and their inherent dignity and worth. I desire to help children and adults develop healthy coping skills, create stronger relationships, regulate their emotions, and live within their personal values.
