Life brings different obstacles whether we are a child struggling to manage our emotions/behaviors, a teen figuring out how to navigate new pressures and anxieties that naturally come with adolescence, or a young adult in or newly out of college facing "real world" responsibilities and emotions that come with those. If this sounds like you or a child of yours, I can help. I work with kiddos as young as 5 to adults in their 20's. I help individuals express, respond to, and cope with challenges so they are empowered to live a life they desire. I have extensive training in treating self-harming/suicidal youth.
