My ideal clients are motivated to explore their self-awareness, to examine their thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. They delve into their values, their goals, and, their purpose to identify exactly what changes they want to make in their lives to live accordingly. My clients discuss relationships, boundaries, communication strategies, the voices of any existing inner critics, money, and transitions. Then, they develop the skills and strategies to shift their thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors to empower themselves to live their best lives. I am a passionate advocate and cheerleader.
