I provide psychotherapy for adults navigating life transitions. Something has changed and you don't yet know who you will be on the other side of it. You may be experiencing grief connected to the loss of a loved one, a relationship, a role, or a version of yourself. You may feel a quiet, unseen or unexplainable grief that surfaces during times of change. You may be functioning well on the outside while carrying tenderness, uncertainty or a deep longing on the inside. Therapy can be a place to tend to change and grief while discovering a deeper, more authentic sense of self shaped by love and lived experience.
