My goal in sessions is to build of your current strengths while diving deeper into the triggers/drivers for your current functioning to get each person to what “better” looks like for them. I come into treatment with clients to work on reaching realistic goals and expanding from there to reaching the bigger goal of improving functioning and having a greater understanding of the why behind the symptoms/behaviors.
