Forgetting is not always an option because our bodies do remember. Common symptoms and complaints that can be related to traumatic events may be anxiety or depression, irritability and anger, frequent headaches, stomach-aches and fatigue. It can be difficult and overwhelming to reach out for support, but "forgetting" may no longer feel like an option for you.
