In our session, I will help you explore your feelings, examine patterns in your thoughts and behaviors, and identify other destructive inhibitions that are creating challenges for you. We will use a holistic treatment approach that will identify your strengths, areas of needed growth, and overall promotes your well being. By teaching tools for coping and change tailored to each individual in an environment of compassion and support, I have helped individuals and families to find a balance and move forward when life challenges arise.
