I have a true passion in my working with both children, adolescents and adults for over 3 decades. I provide a person-centered, strength-based collaborative environment and believe in working as a team with you, as a partner, providing both support and encouragement on the challenging path to start feeling better individually and learning more effective ways to manage the challenges families face in today’s world. I am offering nature-based therapy sessions. Therapy in parks, beaches and any setting that include an outdoor setting. Walk and talk, sunset therapy, beach, and sitting in a calm environment, etc.
