Hello! The cornerstone of my practice is to meet you where you are at and work together to help you build upon your strengths and develop resilience and resourcefulness in challenging times. My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and goal-oriented. I strive to create a brave, inclusive space where you have the self-determination to express your authentic voice, seek greater knowledge and awareness, and move towards lasting change. I enjoy developing meaningful connections and serving people of all identities, communities, and cultures on concerns related to gender, sexual orientation, and overall sexual health. I am a Licensed Master Social Worker working towards Sex Therapist Certification with the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists. My treatment approach is shaped by feminist and queer theory as well as somatic and mindfulness-based practices and cognitive behavioral, family systems, and emotion-focused therapies.
