I'm drawn to Robert Frost's quote "the best way out is always through." It captures a sense of deep suffering and illustrates the type of relief that the process of therapy can bring. As a psychotherapist, I walk beside you on that journey. I welcome individuals of all identities looking to work on a wide range of issues but have particular expertise in the areas of addiction, grief, and trauma. I love doing this work and bring a lot of care and authenticity with me to sessions.
