I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in working with older adolescents, young/emerging adults and adults. Clients come to me for issues such as depression and anxiety, difficulties with life transitions or relationships, processing difficult experiences or help making important life decisions. My clients and I have shared goals of relieving immediate symptoms and gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and the origins of their concerns. I hope to provide my clients with an awareness of their inner selves so that they leave treatment feeling prepared to face life's challenges with self-compassion and equanimity.
