I work with individuals at all ages and stages of life, helping them navigate challenges and transitions. My background includes supporting people learning to live with disabilities, especially as they adjust to changes in career and independence. I also have experience with depression, anxiety, OCD, substance use, and life and educational transitions. My goal is to meet clients where they are and listen to their concerns fully to address them effectively. Through the therapeutic process, my goal with each client is to help them understand symptoms, build resilience, and feel empowered in managing their mental health.
