My psychotherapy practice is focused towards Adults, Seniors, and Couples who are seeking to live more harmoniously with difficult life situations: Old or New Trauma, Life dissatisfaction, Life-changes/transitions, Grief/Loss, Living with Cancer/Parkinson's/Dementia, Aging, and Confronting End-of-Life. If you seek to confront the myriad concerns related to living with any of the above challenging situations, I will be very present with you in exploring with your particular situation and its inherent concerns, such as fear, anxiety, depression, dread, despair, as well as the ways toward joy and life-satisfaction.
