Therapy is a process. I see a goal of therapy as helping clients to ease emotional distress. To this end, I incorporate interpersonal therapy and cognitive behavior techniques, as well as mindfulness and other coping strategies, to help clients achieve desired levels of functioning and overall mental health. This is part of your journey, and I will respect the path(s) you choose to take or not. I bring to my practice a wealth of experience and knowledge, which I readily share with clients.
