I am a Psychotherapist in Naples, Florida, a Certified Level 3 Gottman-trained professional & also Certified in EMDR. My counseling philosophy encompasses a concentration on addressing clients' needs by assisting them through their journey in life, using empowerment, and solution-focused approaches. I strive to create a deeply caring, nonjudgmental atmosphere, where people can express themselves, and feel supported. I believe that each person has a desire to lead a life of authenticity and meaning. I see everyone as unique, with individual goals, based on their lifestyles, and desires. Weekend office hours are available. I provide a customized approach, tailored to your individual need that will allow us to create an achievable mental health goal. I will provide a supportive environment that will allow you to talk openly about your concerns and feelings. Counseling is a collaborative effort and demonstrating respect for a client’s autonomy will promote effective therapy.
