My counseling style explores the intricacies of each person's unique strengths and challenges while you build better mental wellness and achieve an empowered and growing life. Whether you are dealing with marriage issues, dispair, stress, health, grief, anxiety, disabilities, or PTSD from childhood or even adult experiences, I will work with you to find not only a place of wholeness in who you are but a place of peace with yourself in this world. For couples: I am excited to be a part of the Gottman's Relationship Checkup and enjoy seeing couples thrive with Gottman's. I am also excited to keep therapy services affordable. My specialties include crisis, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, addictions, and heterosexual couples issues. I was MO Certified as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor II serving mental/physical disabilities who sat on the teen transition and brain Injury ad hoc teams. I volunteered and worked with women and families in crisis preg for about 10 years.
