My practice is centered around helping women struggling with anxiety and depression. Young professionals, navigating the intense demands of the workplace. Women of any age struggling with relationships; romantic, but equally consequential, friends, siblings and parents. Finally, women in transition; divorce, loss of a partner, moving, empty nest and career setbacks. I also work with couples experiencing relationship issues. Clients come to me feeling stuck and overwhelmed-and leave with clarity, emotional steadiness, and a stronger sense of self.
