I enjoy working with clients who are ready to explore what is keeping them stuck in their lives. Sometimes when we are feeling stuck, it's hard to figure out what the problem is - anxiety, depression, family stressors, life transitions, or trauma history. I believe in therapy, and I've seen it help so many different people. I focus on coping skills (such as relaxation and mindfulness) and I also tend to take a systems approach, which means I take into account how each client is impacted by their own world (family, friends, school/work).
