I have worked with people of all ages since 1998 and draw upon my training and studies in CBT, mindfulness, hypnotherapy, nutrition and ayurveda. This knowledge shapes my holistic approach and honors the importance of the mind/body connection. My approach is tailored to fit you, as there is no such thing as one size fits all in clothing or counseling.
