I focus on building a trusting relationship through empathy, caring, and compassion. In my practice I incorporate aspects of relational and psychodynamic approaches, including mindfulness and an awareness of the mind/body connection, to facilitate change and promote healing. I honor each individual's uniqueness, diversity, and cultural influences, and use these to guide me as a clinician to provide support, identify existing strengths, and work towards health, well-being, and happiness.
