With over 20 years of experience, I am able to integrate psychotherapy, spirituality and energy work. This approach allows the client to heal and grow faster, with more peace and grace. My approach is warm and nurturing, yet direct and challenging. Together, we explore your strengths, challenges and goals. We find options and solutions that work best for you. My goal is for you to gain solid skills and new perspectives so you feel empowered and capable of being in charge of your own life. Because this approach is extremely individualized, I only work with individual clients. De-stressing is our biggest challenge. My job is to help you become aware of what's blocking your happiness, then offer different ways to retrain one's negative perspectives, behaviors and thought patterns.
