I see therapy as a way to help my clients heal and grow faster than they can on their own. I believe in looking at a person's strengths and helping my clients develop more self compassion and appreciation for themselves. I provide a space that is safe and free from judgment for my clients. I want to help my clients set goals and remove blocks to reaching their goals and heart's desires. I am an interactive therapist who will provide feedback in a helpful and understanding manner.
