My clients seek services with me to reduce symptoms, increase regulation and live in accordance with their values. I provide essential mental health services with a primary focus on effective OCD, anxiety and trauma recovery treatment. I help people eliminate doubt and decrease the anxiety and compulsions which often paralyze people with OCD. In anxiety treatment, people learn to decrease avoidance, tension, fear, panic, worry, improve their relationship with thoughts and sensations, and increase skill use. In trauma recovery, we reduce symptoms, integrate the past, reclaim the self and live skillfully in the present.
