Life can be challenging, and seeking support is a brave first step. I work with clients ages 5–65 who are navigating depression, anxiety, substance use, relationship struggles, past trauma, and more. My goal is to help you feel understood, respected, and valued while creating a clear path toward the changes and outcomes you want in your life. I use an eclectic approach tailored to each individual. I am solution-oriented but also explore underlying barriers that may be holding you back.
