I enjoy working with individuals and couples age 18+ in facilitating them to reach their personal potential through a teamwork approach. With training in attachment theory, emotionally-focused therapies, somatics, and internal family systems, I help clients navigate important relationships in their lives to breakdown communication barriers and facilitate deeper understanding of both themselves and their loved ones. Working under the supervision and guidance of Elaine Wilco, LPC, CPCS, who has been a certified sex counselor for over 20 years, I am working towards certification in sex, intimacy, and couples counseling.
