I absolutely love my work and feel honored to support people who are seeking to uncover their authentic selves while healing from Complex PTSD. In a nurturing and therapeutic environment, my clients are encouraged to process their stories while deepening self-acceptance and self-love. My goal is to help you thrive in your interpersonal relationships and find balance among the demands of work, school, and life. I am a trauma-sensitive therapist with a foundation in lifespan development and multicultural understanding. My work focuses on supporting individuals impacted by ADHD, educational trauma, and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). These experiences can sometimes lead to co-dependencies or maladaptive patterns that make it difficult to thrive.
