I am interested in helping clients develop curiosity about themselves. With curiosity, we can create new ways of relating to ourselves. This is a tremendous capacity! I want to help the client feel empowered about what they want to get from therapy, develop capacity to tolerate difficult emotions, understand and manage their triggers and reduce shame. Clients who are motivated to do this work will find it pays off even though it can be slow going at times.
