Mid-Life can be a time of crisis or a time of growth depending on how we deal with the challenges. As an Imago Relationship therapist and a grief/trauma specialist, my expertise is helping people (well over 2 decades) heal relationships, grief and negative patterns and take bold steps for success in love and life. I see individuals and couples in life transitions, emotional disconnection/conflict, lack of emotional/physical intimacy, divorce recovery, dating challenges , or to explore needs and love languages, heal traumatic loss from a mind/body approach, going from midlife crisis to thriving or simply improve overall wellbeing. My clients seek help through grief/loss, mood/anxiety, life transitions, recovery, relationship struggles, codependence, women's/ men's issues. I help them build/re-build relationships, reframe negative beliefs and tailor self-care practices for balance and overall self-confidence. Some clients find meaning in exploring their spiritual needs or faith.
