Welcome to the mountains of life. We move through life with many challenges which can feel difficult to navigate. We can get trapped in a cycle of trying to avoid mountains of stress, try to force ourselves to tunnel through the stress or broach the stress as if we are preparing to hike Mount Everest. What if there was another way, a way to learn to move WITH the mountains in our life? I support clients in developing unique and effective ways of improving their mental, emotional and physical health for lasting change. These interventions support clients in developing resilience to move WITH challenges which have/are faced.
