I primarily work with adolescents and young adults struggling with mental health and/or substance use issues and I utilize relapse prevention and harm reduction strategies to help support individuals through their recovery, or help guide the individual through supporting a loved one struggling with addiction. Through a holistic approach towards wellness, and using cognitive-behavioral interventions, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused interventions, I help individuals make changes to improve their behavior, mood, thinking, and well-being to identify and maximize their personal strengths.
