With a master’s degree in mental health counseling, an addiction counselor license, and three years of experience as a therapeutic provider navigating the labyrinth of thoughts and feelings, I've helped countless individuals untangle their cognitive knots and turn their “I-can’t-do-this” into “hey, maybe I can!” I encourage the therapeutic space for individuals who are experiencing some of life’s lows, and encourage the process for individuals who are feeling content with their life and looking to challenge and better understand their own thoughts and beliefs.
