The responsibilities that we as women face today can be overwhelming. These demands can become so intense that maladaptive patterns of behavior can ensue.Women often neglect their own emotional needs. Often symptoms such as binge eating, rigid dieting, substance abuse, depression and anxiety emerge and make it difficult for women to function at an optimum level of health. Sometimes women experience an exacerbation in physical symptoms such as TMJ disorders, migraine headaches and chronic back pain.
