I am passionate about helping people navigate challenges that affect their health and happiness. I believe effective therapy starts with a trusting relationship. I take an empowering and direct approach, working collaboratively to understand each client's unique experience and develop a treatment plan centered on their goals. My experience includes working with a wide range of clients- from college athletes, adolescents on probation, teens navigating identity and stress, to first-responders, substance users, career professionals, the chronically single, mothers and fathers trying to manage it all.
