I strive to provide a comfortable, confidential, and non-judgmental environment where clients can engage in an interactive process to unpack complex feelings and situations. Together we can explore concerns and circumstances that hold you back or cause you pain in a collaborative journey toward healing and growth. I work with children, teens, adults, and couples dealing with a broad range of concerns including anxiety, depression, women’s issues, empty nesting, relationship concerns, family conflict, emotional regulation, addiction, ADHD and high-functioning autism, grief, and trauma.
