I believe in every human being's inborn capacity to grow and heal. When we feel stuck, we may need some support along the way to connect to ourselves. My aim is to nurture that process with spacious curiosity and compassion. It is an honor for me to support adults struggling with relational or complex trauma, attachment wounds, self-worth, and partnership challenges. Deep connection to nature, to oneself, and to others is a large part of my personal and professional philosophies. To that end, I offer walking therapy sessions for those who prefer to be outside in nature to explore their inner awareness. I work from a somatic and humanistic framework that explores the mind-body-spirit connection to uncover your truest nature. I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. My sessions are largely emotion-focused and experiential. If you could have reasoned your way out of your emotional pain, you would have by now, right? There is another way.
