I am a Certified ClinicalTrauma Professional whose goal is to empower survivors of trauma and abuse not only to recover, but to thrive. I specialize in helping people overcome posttraumatic stress, grief and loss, divorce, narcissistic abuse, depression, anxiety, and anger. My greatest strengths are my listening skills, empathy, and firm belief in the power of the human spirit to triumph over adversity. With encouragement and support, I offer individuals the tools to gain new perspectives, create meaning, and cultivate resilience so that they can move forward with hope and healing and create the life that they want.
