I am a Marriage and Family Therapist, and I work with teenagers and adults, including individuals, couples, and families. My clients may be sad, anxious, overwhelmed, confused, or they may have experienced trauma in their life, and when they come to therapy, having a safe, accepting, and validating space is of the utmost importance. I am a strengths-based therapist that meets clients where they are. I help clients with expectations and goals, and empower clients to enact change in their life.
