I am dedicated to helping you find solutions, healing past traumas and assisting clients with their life changes and challenges in a comfortable and supportive environment. I have a Doctoral degree in Psychology and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in GA and NJ and 25 years of experience. Day and evening appointments are available. EMDR and trauma intensives are available for weekend hours upon request. My therapeutic style comes from trauma- informed practices of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy), and CBT.
