I welcome you to a peaceful office environment to discuss your concerns. I provide therapy to individuals and groups. As your therapist, my passion is to empower and support you to set and attain your goals through development of coping skills, helping you create solutions to manage many of life’s challenges. By integrating treatment modalities, together, you and I will discover what works best for you to achieve your therapeutic goals. I provide therapy to the young adult, adult and senior populations and I faith-based counseling upon request.
