I am an individual, couple, and family therapist with experience helping people find solutions to a wide array of presenting problems. I specialize in working with: Teenagers and Adults struggling with self-esteem issues, depression, anxiety, loss of hope, Couple and family/relationship issues dealing with family stressors, blended families, and parenting/co-parenting issues. I have worked extensively with families with child and adolescent problems. I believe the most effective and efficient way to help a person is to involve other members of their family so that the family reinforces any program of change. I am a Florida DCF Approved Provider (Florida Family Court requires divorcing/separating couples with minor children to complete a DCF approved parenting class before finalizing their divorce). At Family Solutions Counseling, my practice is faith-based. My faith and life experiences are why I chose to become a Counselor.
