Hello. I come to this work with a passion for working with adults experiencing overwhelming feelings brought on by life transitions. You may be facing debilitating emotions of depression, anxiety, dread and lack of self-confidence. When present, such feelings can upset your emotional equilibrium. Our focus will be to restore this equilibrium. My therapeutic orientation incorporates a diverse approach looking at the systems that inform your emotional makeup, your patterns of response to strong emotions, and the ways your life experiences can impact the present.
