In my clinical practice I treat my clients with respect, offering empathy, validation and support. I meet the client where they are, and offer them time to gain trust while promoting a healthy therapeutic relationship. Our goal will be to learn skills to promote symptom reduction and improved functioning, in order reach their full potential and quality of life. I work mainly with adults. I enjoy working on women's issues, related to forming healthy relationships, self esteem, boundary setting.
