I have always had a desire to help others! And working in the field of mental health has provided an avenue for that. I consider it a privilege to have the opportunity to impact the lives of other people in positive ways and to guide each person on their own unique journey to overcome challenges and reach their own potential. In my sessions I prioritize creating a safe and trusting environment by demonstrating empathy, reflecting emotions, asking clarifying questions and focusing on the client's perspective and needs.
