Through therapy, I help clients build effective coping skills, process difficult experiences, and develop a stronger sense of emotional balance and self-understanding. Together, we work toward reducing symptoms, strengthening resilience, and creating positive, sustainable change so clients can live more grounded, fulfilling lives. I offer telehealth services, provide a sliding scale, and accept multiple insurance plans to increase access to care. I also offer services in multiple languages, creating an inclusive and welcoming space for diverse individuals and communities. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, resilient, and confident as they move.
