My approach is one that is relational, trauma-informed, and clinically based in CBT and psychodynamic theory. This stance was developed throughout my experience working in a substance abuse facility. I am a lifelong student who has put in the time to educate myself on as many psychological theories and therapies as possible, while insisting on treating you as a friend and colleague rather than simply another diagnosis. I pride myself on this adaptability, and willingness to learn who you are, what you want, and the “why” of it all, at your core.
