I am interested in working with people navigating anxiety and depression, neurodivergent individuals, and those seeking greater meaning, compassion and connection in their lives. My approach to therapy is mindfulness-informed, compassionate, and collaborative. I support clients in slowing down, noticing patterns with curiosity, and developing greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and body experiences. I believe meaningful change happens within a trusting relationship, and I view therapy as a partnership where your voice and goals guide our work.
